The Anat Baniel Method is a cutting edge, science-based approach that has the potential to transform the lives of children and adults. When we are organized well we can live our lives more fully, free of pain and move with less effort and more freely. The ABM method promotes better organization of the brain through subtle and gentle movements using the 9 essentials.
